Project/File Description | The project involves the conversion of an existing Hilton Garden Inn hotel to a Towne Place Marriott. The project will be a re-branding and upgrade to an extended stay hotel with kitchenettes in each guestroom. Modifying the electrical system to accommodate the changes. The Lobby and public spaces will also be upgraded including new carpet, wallpaper, furnishings and other elements of interior design to match the new brand. Remodel will also include painting the exterior of the building and design upgrades to the Porte Cochere at the hotel entry. |
