Parking Update 6-9-08: According to the originally approved site plan, the Bristol II project would have required a total of 382 parking spaces. The project was later granted approval via Director modification for a total of 342 spaces. There was no site plan retained with the building plans B050694. However, there was an incorrect parking analysis provided on Sheet A2 which was retained. This sheet incorrectly noted that the required number of spaces required was 314 based on the number of bedrooms in the apartment portion of the development. The code in effect at the time of land use application as well as the staff anaylsis in the land use file all consistently noted 1.75 parking spaces were required per unit. A parking code modification and a site plan modification to allow a total of 322 parking stalls was approved by the Director on ____________. No updated site plan was requested or required reflecting the modification approval for either the building or land use files. |
