The proposed conduit would pass through a stream buffer, wetland buffer, and protected slope buffer. In addition, the conduit would be bored under an existing Type F stream located in a culvert where it crosses NE 43rd Street. No in-water work is proposed as all work is proposed within the existing improved right-of-way. |
