Program and the South Renton Connection. Including that, by this Agreement, the South
Renton Connection indemnifies the City for any claims that may arise from the event, other
than those that are the result solely of the City's negligent acts or omissions.

The City has developed a Neighborhood Program to serve as a platform for building the
organizational capacity of neighborhoods by providing resources and opportunities to assist in
creating vibrant, healthy, and connected communities. As part of its Neighborhood Program,

make neighborhood improvements as a means of bringing neighbors together and enhancing
each neighborhood's sense of community.
Projects eligible for the grant matching program include, but are not limited to, neighborhood
