1. THESE DRAWINGS ARE INTENDED TO CONVEY DESIGN CONCEPTS ONLY.
THERE IS NO INTENTION TO CONVEY EVERY ELEMENT OF THE WORK
NECESSARY TO THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. THE
OWNER & CONTRACTOR MUST INTERPRET CERTAIN ELEMENTS OF THE

LOCATIONS TO AVOID ALL CONFLICTS.
5. INSTALL GROUNDCOVERS IN A TRIANGULAR PATTERN AT SPACING
SHOWN IN THE PLANT SCHEDULE. WHERE GROUNDCOVER ABUTS
CURBING, WALLS, OR WALKS, MIN PLANTING DISTANCE SHALL BE NINE
(9) INCHES FROM SAME. INSTALL GROUNDCOVERS CONTINUOUS IN
BETWEEN SHRUB PLANTINGS.
6. LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
COORDINATION WITH SUBCONTRACTORS AS REQUIRED TO ACCOMPLISH
PLANTING OPERATIONS.
7. PLANTING DRAWING IS BASED UPON BASE DRAWINGS DATED
12 28 16. PREPARED BY: PB ARCHITECTS INC.
8. TREE LOCATIONS ARE APPROXIMATE; IF FIELD ADJUSTMENTS ARE

10. ALL PLANTING AREAS, INCLUDING PLANTERS, TO BE IRRIGATED WITH
WATER CONSERVING IRRIGATION SPRAY SYSTEM.
11. PRESERVE AND PROTECT EXISTING IRRIGATION SYSTEM. IF IRRIGATION
SYSTEM IS DAMAGED BY CONSTRUCTION RELATED ACTIVITY, IT SHALL
BE RESTORED TO PRE —CONSTRUCTION CONDITION.
12. THE CONTRACTOR MAY SALVAGE AND USE EXISTING PLANT MATERIAL
OF SAME SPECIES AS SHOWN IN PLANTING SCHEDULE. CONTRACTOR
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SATISFACTORY AND ADEQUATE CARE OF THE
SALVAGED PLANTS, STORING, WATERING, AND HEALING THE PLANT
MATERIAL IN. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE THAT ALL SALVAGED
PLANTS SHALL LIVE AND SHOW NO SIGNS OF DECLINE FOR A PERIOD
OF ONE YEAR FROM OWNER'S ACCEPTANCE. IN THE EVENT THAT A
SALVAGED PLANT FAILS TO SURVIVE FOR THE ONE YEAR PERIOD, THE
PLANT SHALL BE REPLACE IN KIND WITH A HEALTHY PLANT AT NO
ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER.
