Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAGͲ16Ͳ171,dated 11/1/2016,toprovidenecessaryservicesfortheTransportationBridgeProgram(referredto hereinasthe“Agreement”);  Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethetimeforperformanceand changethecompensationinordertocontinueprovidingnecessaryservicesforthe TransportationBridgeProgram.  NOWTHEREFORE,ItismutuallyagreeduponthatCAGͲ16Ͳ171isamendedasfollows:  1.ScopeofWork:Section1,ScopeofWork,isnotchanged.  2.TimeofPerformance:Section3,TimeofPerformance,isamendedpursuanttothe schedule(s)setforthinExhibitBͲ3.AllWorkshallbeperformedbynolaterthan December31,2024.  3.Compensation:Section4,Compensation,isamendedsothatthemaximumamountof compensationpayabletoConsultantisincreasedby$10,000from$75,000to$85,000, plusanyapplicablestateandlocalsalestaxes.Theadditionalcompensationshallbepaid baseduponWorkactuallyperformedaccordingtotherate(s)oramountsspecifiedin ExhibitBͲ3,whichisattachedandincorporatedherein.  4.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceand effectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasif fullysetforthherein.
