The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is complete
according to submittal requirements and, therefore, is accepted for review.
It is tentatively scheduled for consideration by the Environmental Review Committee on January 30,
2023. Prior to that review, you will be notified if any additional information is required to continue
processing your application.
In addition, this matter will be presented before a Public Hearing. You will be notified of this date
when it is determined. The applicant or representative(s) of the applicant are required to be present
at the public hearing. A copy of the staff report will be provided to you one week before the hearing.
