Chair Camila Lagow called the meeting to order at 4:29 p.m.

3. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Louis Trujillo and Seconded by Kathleen Booher to approve the October 25, 2022, Regular meeting
minutes. Motion Carried.

6. New Business:
A. Police Services Specialist Eligibility List* and Examination Report**
Moved by Camila Lagow and seconded by Louis Trujillo to approve the Police Services Specialist
Eligibility List. Motion Carried.
B. Entry Police Officer Eligibility List* and Examination Report**
Moved by Louis Trujillo, seconded by Kathleen Booher to approve the Entry Police Officer Eligibility List.
Motion Carried.
C. Lateral Police Officer Eligibility List* and Examination Report **
Moved by Louis Trujillo, seconded by Kathleen Booher to approve the Lateral Police Officer Eligibility
List. Motion Carried.
D. Appointment of new Civil Service Examiner/Secretary*
Moved by Camila Lagow, seconded by Louis Trujillo to appoint Karen Ritter, Senior Employee Relations
Analyst, as the Civil Service Examiner/Secretary. Motion Carried.

A. Next Civil Service Commission Meeting will be December 20, 2022.
B. Louis Trujillo reported that he would be attending military duty December 15 - March 22, but plans to
attend the monthly meeting remotely.
