The two accompanying reports in this Routine Vegetation Management submittal detail the
proposed annual pruning and removal treatments for the trees on our client’s property.
Originally there were ten (10) proposed removals on the re moval report. After comments from
the city & re -evaluation by our arborists, the total number of proposed r emovals was reduced to
three (3) and two (2) treatments were revised to deadwood removal.
The Pruning report outlines pruning treatments for an addit ional eighty-four (84) trees at various
locations throughout the property.
There are documented Coal Mine & Erosion Hazards over roughly 93% of the property and all of
the subject trees are within th ese areas. As such, we have included a Critical Areas Exemption
Form with our submittal package as the proposed removals will not pose any detrimental effects
to these areas.
