Whereas, by letter dated January 25, 2022, Kim Tien has stated she wishes to
withdraw her appeal of the above-captioned matter and the City has no objection to
dismissal,
NOW, THEREFORE,
Order
Ms. Tien’s appeal of the Finding of Violation for the above-captioned matter is
dismissed with prejudice.
