Plant trees, shrubs or vegetation having deep root patterns which may eause darnage to or interfere with the utilities ta be placed within the easer�-oent by the Grantee;or c. 17evelop, landscape, or beautify the easemer�t area in any way vuhich would unreasvnably increase the costs to the Grantee af restoring the easem�nt area and any private improvements therein;or d. Dig, tunnel or perform other forms o# corastructior� activities on the property which would disturb the eompaetion or unearth Grantee's facolities on the right-of-way, or endanger the lateral support facilities;or e. �Bast within fifteen(15J feet of the easement;or f. Ereet fences in such a way as to prevent access by the Grantee's vehicles to the Grantee's faeilities.
