Project Narrative:
The proposed project is to add a second story on to an existing single family
residence with a new covered front porch. ModiKication to the site revisions includes
keeping the existing driveway as is from the property line toward the house. The
driveway in the right-of-way will be modiKied per City of Renton to 16' wide.
