RE: Amendment to Letter of Agreement for 2022 One-Time Funding (Reference Code
2022 -HS 81-1)
Dear Maryjane,
This letter is to serve as an amendment to the Letter of Agreement (LOA) between the City of
Renton (Contractor) and the King County Department of Community and Human Services
OCHS), dated November 1, 2022.
The following changes are being made:
1.The effectiveend date of "through December 31, 2022" is removed and replaced with
through March 31, 2023".
2.The narrative report due date of "no later than January 31, 2023" is removed and
replaced with "no later than March 31, 2023".
To acknowledge your acceptance of OCHS' terms, please sign and date below.
