Building Permit # T.B.D.  AI Job # 17068    Construction Mitigation Description: Project Name Swanson Gardner Meyers Office Addition King County Parcel #:312305-9069 Site Address: 4512 Talbot Road Renton WA Proposed Construction Dates Up to two months dependent upon permit approval date. Hours and days of operation Monday – Friday 7am-5pm Proposed hauling / transportation routes Excavation, demolition and construction waste shall be transport directly from the job site on Talbot Road to appropriate site designated by the subcontractors. All construction shall be through Benjamin Asphalt . Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic and transportation impacts, erosion, mud, noise and other noxious characteristics. A silt fence shall be established to aid in erosion control of the site along with straw on disturbed soil areas. See Environmental Check List for additional information. Carpooling shall be proposed to minimize traffic impact during construction per jurisdictional requirements. Noise generation shall be limited to the hours of construction operation. Preliminary Traffic Control Plan Per conversation & emails with Ann Fowler (City of Renton Civil Engineer), a traffic study shall not be required for this project.
