THE APPLICANT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING ALL NECESSARY CITY,
CONTRACTOR.
HEREBY REFERRED TO AS THE CITY, THE APPLICANT, AND THE APPLICANT'S
CONSTRUCTION MEETING SHALL BE HELD AMONG THE CITY OF RENTON,
BEFORE ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY OCCURS, A PRE-
TEST. PERMEABLE PAVERS SHALL BE TESTED USING ASTM C1781.
MOVING WATER TRUCK DISCHARGING WATER AT A RATE SIMILAR TO THE BUCKET
TESTING OBSERVATION MAY BE ACCOMPLISHED WHILE WALKING BEHIND A SLOWLY
PER ASTM C1701 SHALL BE CONDUCTED. FOR LARGE AREAS (E.G., PARKING AREAS),
OF PERMEABLE PAVEMENT. IF THIS TEST IS NOT CONCLUSIVE, THEN ANOTHER TEST
ABSORPTION. AT LEAST ONE TEST SHALL BE CONDUCTED PER 1,000 SQUARE FEET
THE SURFACE, THEN THE PAVEMENT IS CONSIDERED TO MEET THE MINIMUM RATE OF
SURFACE ALL AT ONCE. IF ONLY A MINOR AMOUNT OF WATER PONDS OR RUNS OFF

WATER AT A MINIMUM RATE OF 20 INCHES PER HOUR IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE
CONSTRUCTED PERMEABLE PAVEMENT SHALL BE PERMEABLE ENOUGH TO ABSORB
OF THE RENTON SWDM.
MINIMUM COVER OVER STORM DRAINAGE PIPE SHALL CONFORM TO TABLE 4.1.2.A2
SHALL BE MAINTAINED BY THE APPLICANT.
CLEARLY LABEL PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SYSTEMS ON THE PLANS. PRIVATE SYSTEMS
PER ADA REQUIREMENTS.
SIDEWALK OR CROSSWALK SHALL BE FITTED WITH A NON-SLIP OR NON-SKID LID
AVOIDED WHENEVER POSSIBLE. ANY SURFACE APPURTENANCE PLACED IN A
STREET TRAVEL LANES, BIKE LANES, SIDEWALKS, AND CROSSWALKS SHALL BE
INLETS, ETC.) IN THE STREET TRAVEL LANE WHEEL PATH, INTERSECTIONS OF
PLACEMENT OF SURFACE APPURTENANCES (CATCH BASIN/MANHOLE LIDS, CLEANOUTS,
REGULATIONS (RMC 4-3-050).
WITH SPECIAL REQUIREMENT #6 OF THE RENTON SWDM AND AQUIFER PROTECTION
PROJECTS LOCATED WITH THE CITY'S AQUIFER PROTECTION AREA (APA) SHALL COMPLY
1-10 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL SHALL APPLY.
APPROVED BY THE CITY. ALL SECTIONS OF THE WSDOT STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
INTERRUPT NORMAL TRAFFIC FLOW SHALL REQUIRE A TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN
SHALL BE PROVIDED. ANY WORK WITHIN THE TRAVELED RIGHT-OF-WAY THAT MAY
PUBLIC AND TO PROTECT PROPERTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF WORK
ANY OTHER ACTIONS NEEDED TO PROTECT THE LIFE, HEALTH, AND SAFETY OF THE
ADEQUATE SAFEGUARDS, SAFETY DEVICES, PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, FLAGGERS, AND
DURING CONSTRUCTION.
FOR THE PROPER FUNCTIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE STORM SYSTEM PROVIDED
CONNECTED WITH STORMWATER DISPOSAL. THE CITY DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY OBLIGATION
RELIEVE THE APPLICANT OF THE CONTINUING LEGAL OBLIGATION AND/OR LIABILITY
ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING OR CONSTRUCTION PERMITS BY THE CITY DOES NOT
AMEND THE SOIL WITH COMPOST IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARD PLAN 264.00.
STOCKPILE AND REDISTRIBUTE THE EXISTING DUFF LAYER AND NATIVE TOPSOIL OR
THE DEVELOPMENT SITE, TO MAINTAIN THE MOISTURE CAPACITY OF THE SOIL EITHER
FOR ALL DISTURBED PERVIOUS AREAS (COMPACTED, GRADED, LANDSCAPED, ETC.) OF
TESTED.
SHALL BE TESTED FOR ACCEPTANCE AT THE SAME TIME THE MAIN STORM IS
AND IN THE PRESENCE OF A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY. STORM DRAIN STUBS
ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7-04.3(1) OF THE WSDOT STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS

ACCORDING TO THE CITY STANDARD PLAN 266.00. CCVT INSPECTIONS AND REPORTS
CONVEYANCE SYSTEMS SHALL BE INSPECTED BY MEANS OF REMOTE CCTV
ALL NEWLY-INSTALLED AND NEWLY-REHABILITATED (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE) STORM
PROVIDED TO THE CITY PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
SURVEYOR LICENSED IN WASHINGTON STATE, AND CUT SHEETS SHALL BE
ALL STORM SYSTEM EXTENSIONS SHALL BE STAKED FOR LINE AND GRADE BY A
CONVEYANCE SYSTEM PER THE CITY STANDARD PLAN 227.00.
PROPERTY LINE OR AT THE POINT OF CONNECTION OF A PRIVATE STORM DRAINAGE
A BOLT-LOCKING LID MARKED "STORM" OR "DRAIN" SHALL BE LOCATED AT THE
