Initially developed with 5 light
industrial buildings and several smaller
structures.
3 of the industrial buildings have since
been demolished.
Being used by FLJV as a temporary field
office, laydown yard and a staging area
for construction equipment and
materials for the I-405 Widening
project.
TUP will expire on April 24, 2025.

buildings (54’).
Each building is a phase.
Access is proposed from Lake
Washington Blvd N at N 43rd St
via a roundabout.
Second emergency vehicle access
as the SW corner.

that sufficient resources exist to furnish
services to the proposed development.

Middle School, and Hazen High School.
Water and sewer service is provided by
the City of Renton.

Preliminary Technical Information Report (TIR)

The applicant is proposing to use two (2) Biopod
water quality filters to provide the required
enhanced basic water quality treatment.

approval.
