Kennydale Community Planning Area Source: COR Maps Project Proposal 6 The proposed would include wrap around courtyards, 195 surface parking spaces, and 180 ground level structure parking spaces within the buildings. Three (3) 4-story apartment buildings (54’). Each building is a phase. Access is proposed from Lake Washington Blvd N at N 43rd St via a roundabout. Second emergency vehicle access as the SW corner. Availability of Public Services 11 Police and Fire Prevention staff indicated that sufficient resources exist to furnish services to the proposed development. Fire protection would be provided by RRFA. It is anticipated that the Renton School District can accommodate any additional students at the following schools: Hazelwood Elementary School, Risdon Middle School, and Hazen High School. Water and sewer service is provided by the City of Renton.
