This confirms there is no records of existing tanks. There is a note in our Underground StorageTank database that mentions UST 619941. It confirms that a gas station, Richfield Rainier Service" didoccupy that address from 1946 to approximately 1980, unfortunately the Department of Ecology didn'trequire UST registrations until 1986 so we don't have any records on file for that site. The existingbuilding limited the ability to complete a full ground penetrating radar survey. We don't have anyevidence of tanks, but created the 619941 based on the contamination they found. Any informationabout any cleanup actions or reports will come from our NorthWest Regional office. Any other Ecology programs that are currently working on this request will still contact you regardingtheir records. This now closes the Headquarters Toxics Cleanup Program portion of your request. Finally, the disclosure of information in the records being produced does not in any way constitute a waiver of attorney-client and/or work product privileges.
