SUBJECT:Additional Brazos Software and Licenses
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 3 to CAG-19-323 with Tyler
Technologies. This Amendment approves zero dollar Quote # 2022-366113-N0K0Y8,
which adds additional software and licenses to Tyler Technologies’ Brazos interface.
There is no additional cost for the city, but a signed quote is required by the vendor.
