Notice to All Plan Holders and/or Prospective Bidders:
The following changes, additions, deletions and/or clarifications are hereby made a part of the project bid
documents for the above-named project and shall have the same effect as if set forth therein.
Bidders shall acknowledge the receipt of this Addendum No. 1 in the place provided in the Acknowledgement
of Receipt of Addenda. Failure to do so may result in your bid proposal being disqualified.
PLANS
1. DELETE Drawing E02, Sheet 16 of 32, and REPLACE with attached Revised Drawing E02, Sheet 16 of 32.
Revisions include: Update construction call out: Delete PROPOSED STANDBY GENERATOR PROVIDED BY
THE OWNER, INSTALLED BY CONTRACTOR, and replace with PROPOSED STANDBY GENERATOR PROVIDED
AND INSTALLED BY CONTRACTOR.
QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS
2. Is the Generator provided by the Owner or by the Contractor? The plans indicate it is provided by the
owner, but the specification says that the Contractor is to provide it? Please advise?
Answer: The contractor shall furnish and install the Generator.
3. Will there be a pre-bid walk through offered for this property? We would like to get recent pictures of
the site and interior of the building.
Answer: Yes, there will be a non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough at the existing booster pump station
building on February 16, 2023, at 10:00 am.
ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT.
