Ellen,
I discussed the city's request with out Tech Service Dept.; please note:
The use of Sika repair mortars including SikaTop products for concrete offer excellent abrasion resistance, freeze
thaw resistance, and lowered permeability which can be advantageous in protecting the host concrete. The full
scope of protection that the products offer are limited to areas in which they are applied. SikaTop 111 , 122 and 123
have been available since 1979 and have been used in various concrete repair applications. It is anticipated that if
Sika repair mortars are properly installed then their service life would be similar to that of the concrete structure.
Attached please find several project information sheets where our products, including the SikaTop line, were used
that date back as far as 1986. If I can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to call.
Last, if your firm in interested in a Lunch and Learn presentation, please let me know. I have attached the learning
objectives of three of our more popular presentations.
Thanks
