Please remember that the front of the home should
be oriented towards the NGPE, not the street. The
current design still puts a heavier emphasis/focus
on the design of the street-side (rear) facade. If it
helps to think of it this way - the homes should be
designed as if chelan avenue ne is essentially an
alley. while the rear facade should be designed in
a manner that promotes variation in
designs/floorplans, the actual front facade is on the
other side of the house (facing the ngpe).

standards", structures are limited to two stories
with a maximum wall plate height of 24 feet. the
max height of the structure is 30 feet above grade.
