Please note the below items and responses for compliance and review per the above
listed building permit. All items requested on the Structural Plan Review letter along
with the Summary of Review redlines have been addressed.

Letter Responses
1) Call out details shown on 2/S2.0, Roof Framing Plan of Sheet 4 now match those
on sheet S2.0.
2) Drawings now include information relating to the proposed wood trusses and
bracing. Also, there is a full truss, bracing and safety document on the flip drive
labeled: P_Truss_Jobsite_Package_180606_v2 for reference to wood products
and hardware to be supplied by our truss and lumber company.
3) Manufacturer installation instructions can be found on the above listed
document from the lumber supplier and will be available at the jobsite for the
inspectors use and reference.
4) The height in the attic has been revised on the plans with the removal of the
bathroom. This is now simply attic space and details are on the attached pages.
5) No response is required by applicant.
6) Sheet S1.0 revised verbiage of manufacturer installation instructions available at
jobsite. A copy of the jobsite package document will be available at the site for
the inspector.
7) Temporary and permanent truss bracing and truss plate institute safety
information supplied and noted available at the jobsite.
8) Lateral connection of girder truss to wall double top plate calculations and
design supplied on the truss engineering file.
9) Girder truss B03 axial load design addressed in the engineer’s letter at attached.

1) Label 58: The building elevation articulation changes have been made to the
plans per the discussion in April. Please refer to the elevations page of the plans.
2) Label 58: The front elevation that faces the NGPE was redesigned as approved at
the April meeting. Please refer to the elevations pages.
3) Label 58: The structure is now under the maximum height of 30’ (29’-10.5”)and
has only the 2 stories with an attic.
4) Label 69: Please note Color Scheme 9 (please reference the booklet supplied)
that has been chosen for this home as it has predominantly Green in the palette.
5) Label 70: Landscaping Plan notes the individual plants and trees to be installed
on the lot.
6) Label 72: Paver or cement pathway connecting the porch to the gate is not a
requirement and the applicant chooses to not make the installation.
7) Label 72: Please note the split rail fence with gate is now shown on the Site Plan.
8) Label 72: Garage location and façade features were discussed at the April
meeting and this is one home that had elevations revised by the city and our
design team member.
