▪ The cross slope of a curb ramp cannot exceed 2%.
▪ The wing of a curb ramp cannot exceed 10%.
Describe why the proposed improvements cannot meet the existing standards.
The running slope of a curb ramp wing exceed 10% and the cross slope of the ramp exceeds 2% due
to existing roadway slope around curb return that forces the ADA ramp to not meet accessible
compliance.
