MEMORANDUM OF LEASE BETWEEN
ROBERT E. FRICKS AND DONNA C. NEAL (LANDLORD") AND
INTERSTATE MOBILEPHONE COMPANY ("TENANT")
A Lease between Robert E. Fricks and Donna C. Neal
("Landlord") and Interstate Mobilephone Company d/b/a
Cellular One ("Tenant") was made regarding a portion of the
following Property legally described as follows:
The North 275 feet of the West half of the East half of
the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
10, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington; EXCEPT the West 42 feet conveyed to King County
for 138th Avenue S.E. by deed recorded under recording No.
6387727.
Situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
The date of execution of the Site Lease Agreement was
November 12, 1992. Subject Lease is for a term of five (5)
years and commenced on August 19, 1993 (the "Commencement
Date") and shall terminate at midnight on the last day of
the month in which the 5th anniversary of the Commencement
Date shall have occurred. Tenant shall have the right to
extend this Lease for five additional five year terms.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have
respectively executed this memorandum this 24Ag day of
