HomeMy WebLinkAboutRFP Arts & Culture Master Plan - AdDAILY JOURNAL OF COMMERCE PUBLIC NOTICE City of Renton Request for Proposals Arts and Culture Master Plan for Arts & Culture The City of Renton is seeking proposals from experienced firms in arts and cultural policy, Arts and Culture Master Planning, and technical support to assist in updating the City's 2010 Arts and Culture Master Plan. Candidates should have expertise in arts and cultural policy, master planning, and technical support. The successful team should demonstrate strategic advice and technical services in arts and cultural planning and be able to assign highly qualified and experienced staff to project deliverables. The proposal should include a detailed budget and a proposed schedule for the work, with evaluation criteria based on personnel experience, technical approach, familiarity with Renton, work plan and schedule, capacity to perform within budget, and project budget. Proposals will be reviewed for completeness and compliance with the terms and conditions contained in the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal or award a contract based on the available budget. Interested vendors are required to submit a proposal package as outlined in the RFP no later than 5:00 p.m., April 27, 2023. The city anticipates that a contract will be awarded in mid-May 2023, with work beginning immediately and all work completed by or before November 30, 2023. The Request for Proposals (RFP) is available for download at rentonwa.gov/bids.
