A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on April 12, 2022 at 11:00
AM by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:
Jefferson Highlands Unit Lot Subdivision
LUA21-000391
The applicant is requesting Preliminary Plat, Unit Lot Subdivision, Site Plan Review, Conditional Use Permit,
and Street Modification approvals for the construction of 18 townhomes on individual unit lots within the R -
14 zone.
