Dear Mr. Broderick:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is
incomplete according to submittal requirements and, the following items will need to be
submitted by June 26, 2023, in order to continue processing your application:
• The project parking, as proposed, conflicts with the Sound Transit temporary
construction easement. Please revise the proposal to demonstrate compliance
with parking regulations.
The City will review the Pre-submittal Documents and provide comments to help facilitate
a complete submittal application and ultimately an approved land use application.
