Dear Jill Ding:
The King County Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) has received the Notice of Application
(NOA) for the Burnett Ave S and Williams Ave S Storm System Improvement project (LUA23-
000085) that proposes the replacement of existing undersized storm water conveyance pipes and the
installation of two modular wetland water quality facilities within the existing public right-of-way on
Burnett Ave S and Williams Ave S between 2nd St S and the Cedar River and S Tobin St between
Burnett Ave S and Williams Ave S.
A King County facility, the Eastside Interceptor, is located along Burnett Ave S in the proposed
project area. (See enclosed drawing showing the location of the facility in the project vicinity).
In order to protect this wastewater facility during construction, WTD requires that City of Renton
submit construction drawings for the project, so that WTD can assess its potential impacts. Please
send drawings to:

Please contact the Local Public Agency Program a minimum of 72 hours prior to commencing
any construction to allow time for staff to arrange for a King County Inspector to be present during
construction.
