PURPOSE
The purpose of this amendment is to 1) extend the Contract end date to December 31, 2023; 2)
extend the Exhibit I end date to December 31, 2023; 3) reduce Exhibit I by $6,415 to account for the
Contractor’s inability to fully expend 2022 funds within 2022; 4) add $60,000 to Exhibit I for a new
Exhibit I total of $168,969.
A. STANDARD CONTRACT CHANGES
1) The Contract end date is extended to December 31, 2023.

B. EXHIBIT CHANGES
1) All references in Exhibit I to “December 31, 2022” as the termination date of Exhibit I are
deleted and replaced with “December 31, 2023”.
2) Exhibit I, amend the second sentence in Section I., WORK STATEMENT to read:
The total amount of reimbursement pursuant to this Exhibit shall not exceed $168,969 for the
Exhibit Period noted above as shown in the funding table below.

3) Exhibit I, Section II. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION, E. Contract Milestones, add Subsection 3, as
follows:
3. 2023 Milestones
a. By a timeline to be determined by King County within the PME Plan, the Contractor
shall administer the Client Satisfaction Collection Method.
b. By March 31, 2023, the Contractor shall:
i. Finalize Age-Friendly Renton Action Plan.
ii. Implement outreach plan for Gift of Play Program.
iii. Complete planning and schedule for quarterly cultural events.
iv. Complete plan for Veterans Healthy Food Access Program.
v. Hire Recreation Leader.

vi. Complete purchase and installation of new treadmill in the Renton Senior
Activity Center Fitness Room
c. By June 30, 2023, the Contractor shall:
i. Finalize plans for the Age-Friendly Renton Resource Expo.
ii. Complete Q2 cultural events (May: Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage
Month; June: Black/African American Juneteenth Celebration).
d. By September 30, 2023, the Contractor shall:
i. Complete Age-Friendly Renton Resource Expo.
ii. Complete Q3 cultural event (September: Hispanic Heritage Celebration).
iii. Implement Veterans Healthy Food Access Program.
e. By December 31, 2023, the Contractor shall:
i. Finish the design of the Age-Friendly Renton resource webpage.
ii. Complete 2023 activities identified in the Age-Friendly Renton Action Plan.
iii. Complete Gift of Play Program allocation to income-eligible older adults.
iv. Complete Q4 cultural event (Native American Heritage Month Celebration).
v. Purchase & install new exercise floor for senior programming.
4) Exhibit I, Section V., COMPENSATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT, amend the 2022
monthly amounts listed in the payment table from $14,423 to $8,008 for the October –
December 2022 Payment Period.
5) Exhibit I, Section V., COMPENSATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT, add the billing table to
extend the billing period through 2023, as follows:
