This letter is to notify you that the City has performed a “Final Closeout Inspection” to determine if the
above noted Maintenance and Defect Surety for the Weston Heights Plat project can be released. The
enclosed shows the punch list items identified during the “Final Closeout Inspection” that are required to
be resolved to final this inspection and release the surety.
Please contact in the City’s Construction Inspection line (425-430-7203) within 30 days from the date of
this letter (by September 3, 2019) and a minimum of 24-hours prior to performing the work on site to
correct “Final Closeout Inspection” punch list.
