Attached please find the above-referenced two sets of original plat maps, and three copies of the final plat maps for recording with King County. Please route the plat map to the Mayor
for signature
The recording instructions in order are as follows:
Record the plat.
Record the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
Write the recording number of the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Chelan Creek in the blank line “As disclosed by instrument recorded under king county recording
number______” on sheet 1 of the Chelan Creek PUD plan set in the dedication section.
Record Off-site Utility Easement for Property Tax Parcel Number 1023059119.
Write the recording number of the Utility Easement for parcel number 1023059119 in the blank line on sheet 5 under “15’ PUBLIC WATER EASEMENT PER AFN __________”.
Write the Chelan Creek PUD plat map recording number on the blank portion of Section 1.10 on Page 6 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Chelan Creek.
Write the Chelan Creek PUD plat map recording number on the blank portion of Exhibit A on page 40 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Chelan Creek.
Please have the Courier take these documents via:
4-hour service 10:00 AM deadline. A check in the amount of $36.04 is attached.
According to Finance, the King County recording fees for this and all subsequent plat recordings should be charged to account #000.000000.007.558.51.49.003. Please call me for any questions.
