Dear Applicant,
The civil construction plans have been reviewed by the City and are approved. Please provide one complete set of mylars for City signature. Prior to issuance of the permit, the following
items must be completed:
1. A financial guarantee must be submitted to guarantee the site stabilization and reclamation.
2. Final landscape and lighting plans must be provided for approval.
Please contact me to schedule the preconstruction meeting once the above has been completed. At that time I will request a permit bond in the amount of 150% of the improvements to be
constructed and all permit fees paid.
