Thank you. I hope they can find a solution. This lot is a mess & detraction to our block,
which we who live here try to improve. The 15’ requirement on the South seems excessive
since only 10’ is required for the North side to our property. Due to 24” bumped out exterior
walls on our townhome will only be 8’ from the new one & if a fence is erected only 3’ from
our home to the fence.
Maybe they’ll be able to revise & create a stacked duplex rather than a townhome duplex.
Your help or exception to the 15’ requirement to see this lot developed would be so very
appreciated by the residents in this neighborhood. Is it possible to center the structure with
12.5’ on each side? This lot attracts a large number of rodents, garbage, excessive vegetation
growth & is a neighborhood eyesore. Developing it is in the best interest of the City as well as
our neighborhood.
