Rohini,
We are turning in permit resubmittal drawings in response to the building permit review, version
4, comments dated February 02, 2017. We have updated our plans accordingly, and below are
responses:
Engineering Review Comments
The utility and transportation engineering comments will be provided to the Civil Engineer with
the associated utility construction permit.
Response: As noted. See updated TIR, civil drawings and supporting documents.
The conditions of approval of the Decision of the Administrative report for the land use
application of the Seattle Pipe Trades was not included. This was previously asked in the utility
construction permit plans and the response incorrectly commented ‘no conditions of approval
received. Not plat.’.
Response: Added copy of signed “DECISION” as received to sheet G1.0.
Please confirm if the Finished floor elevation confirmed to meet at least the 25 DFIRM elevation.
Response: This is the Draft Firm elevation proposed. The current requirement is 22.58
elevation. The owner understands the risk of not meeting this proposed elevation. Please see
attached memo on their letterhead confirming this.
Other edits in the marked up utility construction plans (which will be provided to the civil
engineer) are to be provided with the utility construction permit.
Response: Civil engineer has addressed these comments in attached letter.
Please let me know if you need any additional information or have any questions.
Professionally,
Marthe Aston, Project Manager
