covers specs, artwork, 3-inch conduit in Main Ave, and any above grade utility fixtures, and fiber solution. Plans should be forwarded electronically to Jan I. Willing to review concepts
in isolation in order to facilitate a faster review.
Extra Conduit
Show 2- inch and 3-inch conduit in Main Ave and S. 2nd Ave. Depth to be 3 feet.
Street Lighting Plan
Illumination Plan, Pole Schedule and Wiring Plan, Legend, General Notes and Construction Note
1. Verify and show new street light poles to be located 3 feet back of face of curb
2. Show wiring schedule
3. Show conduit.
4. Show temporary power to be provided to street lighting. (Discuss with Eric)
5. Show general irrigation plan and conduit to pole foundations.
6. Call out stationing.
7. Provide all city standard details related to the street lighting.
Landscaping Plans
1. Revise landscape plans to match building set and civil set
2. Provide update on fence/gate detail as south end of site
3. Planter Fencing – Corrected on the plan
4. Show tree grate detail on plans
Vault/utility Covers
1. Provide update on vault/utility covers
