Removal of Awning and Temporary Shoring of Awning
Dear Mr. DeLancey,
In accordance with Renton Municipal Code (RMC) 9-2-5A, the City is hereby notifying you that the right of way use permits obtained for the 810 South Third Street, Permit U16001250 to
remove the awning along South Third Street and Permit U16002835 for temporary shoring for the same awning, are being terminated effective thirty (30) days from the date of this notice.
All work associated with these permits must be completed prior to December 31st, 2016, the permit termination date.
According to City Code RMC 4-8-110, appeals to this decision must be filed within 15 days from the date of this letter. Appeals are to be filed in writing, with the City Clerk and require
a filing fee in the amount of $250.00. Additional information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk’s office by calling (425) 430-6510.
