ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
The contractor is using temporary check dams and swales onsite to impound the water and has acquired a Baker tank
and received a permit to discharge construction storm water to King County sanitary sewer with higher turbidity limits.
The contractor intends to pump storm water from the existing north swale to the sanitary sewer any time turbidity
levels exceed target levels applicable for discharge under the construction storm water general permit.
While onsite, AESI observed mud coming up through the spalls on the north construction entrance. AESI notified the
contractor and recommended refreshing the construction entrance; the contractor indicated they would take care of it.
