ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
No discharge was observed at the time of visit. The contractor is using temporary swales and a Baker tank to impound
onsite water and received a permit to discharge construction storm water to King County sanitary sewer. A water
sample was taken from the NE swale; the sample had a turbidity of 76.5 NTU. AESI observed mud coming up through the
quarry spalls in some areas of the construction entrance. AESI notified the contractor and recommended monitoring the
construction entrance and spreading more spalls if the condition gets worse. The contractor indicated they would
resolve this.
