SUBJECT: William A. Dunn - Short Plat
Approval is given for the above referenced subject but a water main will have
to be installed in Rufus Buck County Road and also a fire hydrant will have
to be installed.
Water District 107 will be allowed to serve this short plat until such a time
as the City of Renton can serve it. A letter from the district indicating
this understanding should be given to the Utilities Division.
Also a water utilities plan will have to be submitted to the City of Renton
and approved by the Utilities.

COMMENTS : 11.. There are no curbs , gutters , or sidewalks
along either Rufus Buck Road and 112th
Place S . E. /114th Ave . S . E .
2 . N . E . 33rd St . is not open along its entire
length . Therefore , if the street were
installed along the subject property , it
would serve no purpose .
3 . Rufus Buck Road is a City of Renton right-
of-way , but it is not currently being
maintained by the City .
4 . All access to the short platted lots is to

5 . The property between Rufus Buck Road and
112th Place S . E . / 114th Ave . S . E . is owned
by Wm. A . Dunn but is not a part of the
