The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on August 11, 2022.
During review of the submitted project documents, staff determined that multiple issues related to need to be
addressed in order to proceed further with the review. Staff has received your updated documents and will
proceed with review of the project. The Environmental Review Committee (ERC) meeting has been tentatively
scheduled for Monday, June 26th, 2023. The Hearing Examiner Public Hearing has been tentatively sched uled for
Tuesday, July 18th, 2023 at 11:00am.
At this time, your project has been placed “off hold”. Please contact me at (425) 430-7219 if you have any
