I have documents listed below following the order of Rohini’s email on 7/24 (attached as well) detailing all the items you guys are expecting to receive (which was very helpful). The #’s on name of attachment aren’t meant to line up with the numbers below (#’s are for how I’m monitoring these documents internally), but it should all be clear as they have exact names on each attachment. Please advise if anything is missing, or incorrect on the document itself. I appreciate your review and feedback so I can quickly get the documents signed (some of which already had been signed/submitted previously) or fixed, in order to be ready to re-submit for final documentation with as-built mylars and the as-built CAD files. Would you be able to provide feedback today, or when do you expect to have this review wrapped up by so I can send off for signatures from ownership? 1. Under “Project File Numbers” it shows the utility permit with two U’s instead of just U15008868. She put UU15008868. Was that by mistake or it should be that way? I can just delete the one extra U when I submit to you, just want to make sure I should since this came from you guys. Also, in regards to the complete submittal for C/O, you mentioned over the phone you want everything submitted in one email, my question is though, am I to submit this all to you now via email prior to having the documents signed and notarized? Or only submit to you via email once they’re signed and notarized? I was going to be sending these off to the person responsible for signing and having notarized, so I just want to make sure I can do that now, or wait until you review the documents first? Will you please advise? The maintenance surety device can be established for the amount $186,276.45. The accepted forms of security device (as per RMC 4-1-230) are · Cash; · Letter of credit; · Set aside letter; provided, that the funds cannot be withdrawn, spent, or committed to any third party; · Savings account assigned to the City and blocked as to withdrawal by the secured party without the City’s approval; or · Maintenance bond. Let me know which method you will be using to provide the maintenance surety. If providing cash surety to the City, I will have to give you an invoice so that you can use it to pay it to the City Cashier. I emailed you saying that the AS- Built pdfs looked okay. * Usually, after the email is sent by the City saying that the As-Built pdfs are okay, the developer provides the City the AS-Built mylars and the AS- Built CAD files. * I received the excel format AS-Built Bond Quantity worksheet from the engineer today. * The City will review the Bond Quantity worksheet and if no edits are required, we will email you the maintenance bond amount. * Please coordinate with the City Current planner ( Jill Ding) regarding the landscaping inspection, if was not already done. I will get the landscape maintenance bond amount from the planner only after the inspection. That amount is also provided to us. * The maintenance bond, and the maintenance & defect agreement is given by the developer. * The City will provide you the Bill of sale form based on the AS- Built Bond Quantity worksheet, which should be completed by the developer and returned to the City. * The deed of dedication based on final survey should be provided to the City.
