We reviewed the sampling information that was provided regarding the contaminated Soil at Marriott Residence Inn Renton Site and have the following instructions
· Stop all work in the right-of-way
· Notifying Department of Ecology
o If you have notified the Department of Ecology notified regarding the contaminated soil, provide the notification document to the City.
o If you have not yet notified the Department of Ecology notified regarding the contaminated soil, you are required to notify the Department of Ecology and provide the notification
document to the City.
The Department of Ecology Northwest Regional Office (https://ecology.wa.gov/ <https://ecology.wa.gov/About-us/Get-to-know-us/Contact-us> ) (phone number 425-649-7000) is the contact
for locations within King County.
· Provide for City’s review the developer’s plan to address the contamination.
