Dear Brianne,
Please find attached revised Site Development Plans and Technical Information Report, which
reflect the changes as requested in your review dated April 23, 2018. Our response to each
comment is shown below in bold.
Sheet C1
1. Spelling error.
Fixed.
2. Submit postmaster approval for mailbox location to the City prior to construction permit
approval.
Waiting for approval.
Sheet C2
1. Remove drafting line.
Removed.
2. Adjust sawcut line to reflect asphalt overlay.
Fixed.

1. Adjust leader.
Fixed.
2. Update/revise elevations and contours in the easement plan and profile.
The surface error has been fixed. The contours and elevations for this sheet
and C7 are now correct.

1. Add line work for existing 10” City of Renton water line.
The existing water line has been extended across the street.
2. Remove mailbox location note reference.

The note has been removed, and the new mail box note is included on C1.

5. Show solid locking lid and ladder on the east side of structure as noted in the site plan.
Revise dimensions.
The lid and ladder were moved to the proper location, and the dimensions were
updated.

2. Show and label footing drain connection points as referenced on the structural plans.
The footing drains cannot daylight or gravity to a storm system. The structural
design of the vault will be modified to work properly with these site
constraints. The structural plans will be changed before being submitted for the
vault’s separate permit.
