PATCH SHALL EXTEND ACROSS EVERY AFFECTED TRAVEL LANE (NE 10TH STREET) r-392405 luasubmit postmaster approval for mailbox location to the city prior to construction permit approval. 10 existing catch basin and storm drain to be removed. clean up. should read 428.35 on metal post per cor std. plan 129 on metal post per cor std. plan 129 show existing 10" city water water crossing in profile. you cannot fit a 72" manhole here. it is too close to the existing city water main. 60" manhole will be the maximum allowed. show 60" manhole. the maximum size manhole that can be used is 60". see plan view redlines on this sheet. show existing 8" kcwd 90 water main in profile. 8" kcwd 90 water main 10" city of renton water main confirm with kcwd90 that you can set a structure this close to their water main. similar structure to the south was installed with a similar clearance. add note to plan instructing contractor to pothole to verify if a 60" manhole can be installed at this location. di 432.64 it does not appear that you can meet the required 2' clearance from the 30" standpipe and 12" tee based on the configuration of the existing pipes and where the ladder needs to be placed. you cannot use a 72" catch basin as it will conflict with an existing city water main. suggest using a 60" catch basin with a 2' diameter standpipe. you will have to rerun the calculations in the tir. a suggested layout is shown below in blue.2.0 ft2.0 ftsnipped from 2nd submittal. 24" diameter standpipe 2' minimum clearance to standpipe and riser tee new ladder location. extend storm further north? strongly suggest using standard size drill bits for the orifices. the orifices as shown are going to have to be laser cut instead of easily manufactured. suggest using 24" standpipe. see left
