I have reviewed the application for the Noise Variance at 1901 Oakesdale Ave SW and have the following
comments:
EXISTING CONDITIONS
The site is comprised of existing parcels 0886700220, 0886700110, 0886700120, 0886700130,
0886700210, 0886700370 and 0886700140, is approximately 1,320,419 square feet in size and is
rectangular in shape. The site currently contains a vacant office building formerly known as Boeing 25-20
and an existing parking. The site is fronted by Oakesdale Ave SW to the east and private property on all
other sides.
GENERAL COMMENTS
1. All utility and/or work within the right-of-way, public or private, shall be inspected by a City of
Renton inspector. All inspections requested outside of standard working hours (7:00 am – 3:30
pm, M-F) shall be coordinated with the assigned City of Renton inspector a minimum three (3)
working days prior to the requested activity.
WATER COMMENTS
1. The proposed noise variance does not impact the water utility.
SEWER COMMENTS
1. The proposed noise variance does not impact the sewer utility.
STORM DRAINAGE COMMENTS
1. The proposed noise variance does not impact the surface water utility.
TRANSPORTATION/STREET COMMENTS
1. The proposed noise variance does not impact the street utility.
