Are the two apartment units going to be under the same billing account as State Farm, or will they be billed directly to the apartment residents or some other entity?   Two apartments will be billed with State Farm. 2. What is the maximum occupancy per fire code, and how many employees at most will be working in this State Farm office? It looks like ~15 desks will be occupied at most, correct?  15 would be the maximum of workers if agency gets to that point, typically it will be between 3-6 employees.  3. I see there is a kitchen in the plan - do you want food scraps to be composted on-site? That would be a separate fee from the garbage & recycling service fees but has obvious environmental and social benefits.  There is minimum real cooking at the agency.  No compost required.  The owner will compost on-site and use in garden.    From the layout, we would establish cart service for this property. The janitorial staff or someone at the office will need to roll the carts to the curb for collection. The number and size of carts will depend on the volume generated by the office staff (for example, do they get lunch catered, in large plastic packaging that has to be thrown in the garbage? How much do they recycle vs. shred with a shredding company? Do they want to compost food from lunches meetings, etc?). We can add or remove carts depending on State Farm’s needs but we’ll try to get it right early on such that they don’t get charged delivery fees later.   Thank you and Happy New Year,   Natalie Caulkins Recycling Coordinator w  RepublicServicesNW.com
