1. Re: Authorization of special billing: Provide an email with the name, address and phone number of who will be the special billing contact/who pays the bills. This includes any overtime
inspections, if we need 3rd party consultants, use of City vehicles to sweep roads near the site etc.
Renton School District will be responsible for payment of special inspections. Does the individual listed need to be the person that signs the invoice, or is it just the person responsible
for coordinating payment of the invoice? If has to be the person that actually signs the invoice, please use Matt

In regards to:
1. Permit bond: Project is public in nature so does not require bonding. Provide Public Agency Agreement for Performance or similar instrument
The attached is a Public Agency Agreement that was used for the construction of Sartori. Can you confirm that this is what you are referencing that would be needed for the undergrounding
work on this project? If so, it appears this was a City of Renton drafted agreement. Presumably the City would create the same for this project?
Please let me know if that is not the case or if there is something else needed so we can keep this moving.

The invoice has been paid. We just opened bids on this project on Tuesday, so we will try to get a rough schedule put together with the low-bid contractor as quickly as possible to
help with the scheduling of inspectors for the work.

4. Permit bond: Project is public in nature so does not require bonding. Provide Public Agency Agreement for Performance or similar instrument
5. Authorization of special billing: Provide an email with the name, address and phone number of who will be the special billing contact/who pays the bills. This includes any overtime
