DATE OF EXPIRATION: December 7, 2023
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant, City of Renton Public Works Department Transportation Design
Engineering Division (“Transportation Division”), is requesting a Tier 1 Temporary Use Permit (TUP) to work one

be installed as part of the project. The night time work is being proposed to allow BNSF Railway Company to
remove railroad track within the project area. The purpose of the night time work is to limit impacts to fuselage
deliveries to the Boeing factory by rail. It is anticipated that the night time work to remove the railroad track
