See also https://t.ly/dL_7Q PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Group 18B-D-227 Impact Fees - The purpose of the proposed amendments include updating regulations and transportation impact fees in order to: ensure that Renton’s transportation impact fees are relatively comparable to other local jurisdictions, exempt early learning facilities, such as day cares, from up to 80 percent of the transportation impact fees, for consistency with State law, and extend the vacancy impact fee exemption from single-family to all dwelling unit types.
