Proposed Construction – 9/1/2023 to 1/1/2024
Hours & Days of Construction – Monday through Friday 6AM-3PM. There may be a need for occasional
weekend work, but don’t anticipate a ton. That would be as needed, and on Saturday with the same
standard working hours noted above.
Our proposed hauling / transportation will vary based on the routes that the waste management
company will go to dump our dumpsters. We are proposing to have a covered dumpster on site that will
be emptied on a weekly basis and depending on which hauler that is, the route may be different each
week.
Our project is an interior tenant improvement, we do not expect there to be any environmental impacts
that need to be addressed. There will be no traffic and or transportation impacts to the City and
surrounding areas due to our project.
Special Hours – There will not be a need for any special hours through the duration of the project. We
anticipate staying within the noted hours and days of construction as noted above.
Traffic Control – Our project will have no impact to the general traffic in the City and surrounding area.
The building is unoccupied, has substantial parking and driveway for all traffic. There is not a need for
street and/or sidewalk closures, and the work will be limited to this building only.
